Same-Day Order Processing We know you are excited to receive your skincare! That is why we pack and process all orders instantly. Orders placed during our regular business hours are packed the very same day. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active with the courier.

Damages and Issues Skincare products are fragile. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at reachabitscare@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will work quickly to send a replacement.

Returns & Exchanges Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used skincare products. If your product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may request a return within [Number] days of delivery.
